Course content
The training is based on our EU-recognised LegalSource Due Diligence System and includes a thorough introduction to all aspects of the system.
In addition to gaining a good overview of key timber market regulations such as the EUTR, you will become familiar with key due diligence aspects and be equipped with in-depth knowledge of how to address them in practice. Each day consists in a blend of lectures and numerous practical exercises based on real-world scenarios and examples. Group exercises help bring the theory to life and create a social and enjoyable atmosphere. At the end of the training, you will go through an exam to help you gauge and confirm the level of skills you have acquired.
This course is conducted in English. Please ensure that your language skills will allow you to fully engage in presentations, group exercises, discussions and examinations.
