Our Open Source Policy describes our policy for sharing our own-developed materials, photos, etc in the public domain.
We are committed to sharing sustainability knowledge, tools and systems to the furthest extent possible.
We normally offer own-developed materials under the Creative Commons license "Attribution-Share-Alike", to the extent that this is possible without infringing on any third parties' copyrights. This is explicitly stated in each material.
This copyright allows you to download, tweak, rework and distribute materials covered by it. All we ask in return if you choose to use or re-work our materials is that you credit our work, indicate any changes you made and share any revised materials on the same terms.
Share-friendly licensing is our way of inviting others to join and help improve what we develop. There is so much to be gained through crowd development in terms of credibility, usability and outreach. We greatly appreciate your feedback on our materials.
This policy was approved by NEPCon's Executive Director Peter Feilberg on 27 April 2014.
